Evaluation Under 1947 ARRL DXCC Rules

Although the KH0 prefix was assigned later, the structural factors that DXCC used in 1947 include:
• Separate radio administration under U.S. Navy governance
• Stations operated under special TTPI authorizations
• Operationally and administratively distinct from both:
– K (United States)
– KH2 (Guam)
The future establishment of KH0 simply formalized the longstanding separate status.
