Request for Copies of ARRL DXCC Rules (Country List Editions)

To complete the historical record of DXCC Rules evolution, copies of the ARRL DXCC Rules as published in certain editions of the ARRL DXCC Country List booklet are still needed.

Full rule texts for the following years have not yet been located:

1958
1961
1970
1972
1976
1979
1992
1993
1996

Documented information on rule changes in these years has been identified; however, the complete rules as printed in the corresponding Country List editions remain unavailable for inclusion in this History.

If you have access to any of these ARRL DXCC Country List booklets (or other official ARRL publications containing the DXCC Rules for the years listed), please consider providing a scan or clear photograph of the rules pages so they may be incorporated into the historical archive.
